NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

A large and vibrant primary school rated as outstanding by OFSTED is looking for a full-time teaching assistant. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be hard-working and flexible. In this role, you will be required to work with pupils in KS2 on a 1:1 basis and also in small groups. No day will be the same, you will support high achievers and encourage them to continue their good work and also help pupils with low levels of attainment to reach their expectations. The school has a high percentage of EAL so you should have a good knowledge and understanding of what it takes to work with pupils with language difficulties, you will also need to be a confident and patient individual who has competent behaviour management skills.
