NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

As a leading name in domestic cleaning, Kleen 4 U provides services to professional private householders – people who are usually too busy to get involved in their own cleaning and entrust our staff to take care of their domestic chores.   We are seeking reliable, trustworthy individuals with a conscientious approach and an attention to detail, to work as mobile domestic cleaners, providing services to a regular client base. Cleaners must have good communication skills and be able to work unsupervised. Previous experience in professional cleaning services would be preferred but is not essential.   Successful applicants will be allocated their own cleaning round, usually within 8 mile radius of their home address, whereby they will visit the same clients on a regular basis (usually weekly). Cleaners will require full driving license and their own motor vehicle to travel to and from allocated jobs. At our clients properties they will undertake such cleaning tasks as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, etc. Occasional other general chores such as ironing and bed-making may be required.  The cleaner will be expected to build up an understanding of the individual clients needs, ensuring that the highest quality of service is provided at all times.   As our clients depend on a regular, uninterrupted service, the company will expect cleaners to maintain an exemplary record of attendance and time-keeping and be committed to holding down their position long-term. We are not looking for cleaners who only wish to earn “extra money” on a “short term” basis – this is not a “cash for the holidays” type opportunity! We are looking for people who are able to establish a long term relationship with ourselves and our clients.  We regret we cannot accept applications from individuals with criminal convictions or CCJs. Hours of work will be arranged at hours to suit during day time hours, Monday to Friday, with no evening, weekend or bank holiday working required. Cleaners will be expected to work during school holidays (except where holiday leave has been arranged).  We regret we cannot offer work on a term-time only basis.   Cleaners will be paid £7.50 per hour worked, paid monthly through PAYE by bank transfer. An additional payment will be made in respect of mileage. Cleaners will be employed initially for a probational basis. Subject to a satisfactory performance during this trial period, their employment will become permanent. Permanent employees will be entitled to 6 weeks paid holiday per year.  Shortlisted applicants will be asked to attend an interview and trial cleaning session to assess their suitability for the role. All work offered will be within ABINGDON and surrounding areas.
