NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

21 hours - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday *When applying for this position, please state your salary expectations* Otherwise, you may not be considered for this role Working for our Client as part of a dedicated team, you will provide a first class customer service to one of their high profile National accounts. On a day to day basis you will:- · Monitor service and availability levels which will involve liaising with internal departments to provide solutions · Handle and resolve customer queries · Be involved in specific projects and provide any administrative support required in terms of account planning · C o-ordinate and report on every test order prior to live call off to identify any issues that will impact the actual fill rate for the Customer and ensure relevant departments fix all problems in a timely manner · Publish barcode and pricing details to the customer for all re-plans and pocket swap activity to ensure service levels are not affected · Provide support in the co-ordination of all everyday and seasonal activity, including involvement in display planning to specific guidelines to ensure the right product is on plan and is aesthetically displayed using internal planning systems The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative/customer services background along with excellent Microsoft skills, particularly Excel.You will be extremely organised and be able to prioritise your workload.You will have a confident and professional telephone manner and demonstrate a fantastic customer service ethic.Being a team player is key so you must be willing to work closely with your colleagues and help out wherever necessary. The working hours are Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 to 4:30pm with 1/2 hour for lunch and our client offers fantastic benefits such as 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme and Life Assurance.
