NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities: * Receiving a high volume of inbound calls from existing customers for Tesco * Updating and amending customer details where necessary, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Taking responsibility for each customer query and resolving any complaints in a professional manner * Identifying opportunities to promote additional services and products * Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times * Working within service level agreements to ensure the best possible company reputation * Working as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure a positive working environment Pay rate: £6.50 per hour - up to £8.02 after 12 weeks employment Hours of work: You must be flexible to work any shifts between 6.00am - 11.30pm plus weekends. Tesco may give you 24 hours notice to accommodate a change in working hours. Breaks will be allocated on a daily basis and these must be adhered to. Full commitment is required for the duration of the assignment including Christmas week. Overtime: Overtime is paid at 1.5 for Sundays, statutory bank holidays and any agreed hours worked over 36 hours. You are able to apply for overtime 3 weeks after training has been completed.
