What can you achieve within this role: * Permanent contract * Competitive salaryof £16,500 per annum pro rata/£9.08 p/h * Up to 25% performance related bonus (could increase hourly rate up to £12 p/h) * Excellent trainingstructure over 7 weeks from Mon to Fri, 4pm - 8pm and Sat 9am - 5pm * Opportunity to work overtime * No call time targets as we want people who are interested in Quality NOT Quantity * Professional business with planned growth * Well established and solid team * Ongoing training and development * Walking distance from Central Station * Social events carried out throughout the year * Pension, life assurance, discounted insurance products and many more * Opportunity to join a business recognised as Which Best Insurance Provider 2015 The Role: As a Customer Service and Sales Associate you will be required to deal with inbound calls from customers with enquiries regarding existing insurance products. These enquires can range from cancellations, renewals and mid-term adjustments. On each call you will also be required to use your sales skills to overcome objections, negotiate and identify sales opportunities where appropriate to further develop business leads. You will also take calls from new customers requiring a quote.
