NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

Payroll Advisor - £25k - £30k - Manchester Reporting to the European Payroll Team Leader, this role works within a small team to deliver a fast paced, pro-active, pan-European payroll service. The role involves end to end payroll administration and requires individuals with a high level of attention to detail in order to support the delivery of a perfect payroll for several countries; previous payroll experience is, therefore, essential and, for this particular role, knowledge of Republic of Ireland (ROI) payroll would be desirable. In addition, the role holder would need to demonstrate excellent customer service qualities and a visibly enthusiastic can do approach would be crucial. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a Payroll environment and have a good understanding of payroll related legislation manual Tax/ NI calculations & Statutory Calculations- SMP,SPP,SAP,SSP, ideally for ROI. You mus have excellent attention to detail, highly organized and effective experience of checking data and identifying inaccuracies/errors. Candidates will have (Intermediate) knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access. It would a advantage if you have the ability to create and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s).
