Then we would like to hear from you. No Limits is part of the national charity MacIntyre, a leading UK provider of services to people with learning disabilities and/or autism. We provide an award-winning bespoke service which supplies an integrated programme of education and support for children and young people with a learning disability, autism, behavioural, emotional and social difficulties to develop their skills to live and work more independently. We are looking for a Programme Manager to lead our dedicated teams across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. The position will cover maternity leave and we are aiming to have the successful candidate start in late March 2016. About you You will need a professional qualification from a teaching background, and experience of working within special education, ideally at further education level. You must have a good understanding of the issues facing young people with learning disabilities and complex needs, and be able to maintain links with existing provider organisations, such as colleges and social enterprises. You must also have experience of budget control. You will have excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to be inventive and respond to the individual needs of the young people we support. You''ll need a track record in managing people constructively, able to lead, challenge and motivate. Although you will be based either at our Bicester office or our college in Abingdon, the role will involve extensive travel around Oxfordshire and Wiltshire, so your own transport is essential. Mileage reimbursement is payable and a car allowance is available subject to conditions.
