A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join a fast growing, blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices near Southampton. As a Help Desk Advisor it would be an advantage if you have Service Desk experience however full training will be provided. You must have exceptional Customer Service Skills and have a fantastic telephone manner. You will also need to have a real passion for IT. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for: Answering all requests to the Service Desk promptly and politely. Assessing the nature of the incident and dealing with accordingly, by either implementing a first time resolution or by passing to the correct 2nd line support groups.
