Job Title: SUPERVISOR Reports to: STORE MANAGER: Job Purpose: To drive sales, exceed targets and maximize profits. Key Responsibilities Sales: Deliver Sales Target. Deliver conversion target. Deliver direct sales target. Deliver add on sales target. Local Marketing. Actively promote and market your store in the local area. Market all designated “Events” when required in your local area. Actively recruit to minimum targets in retirement homes for direct sales when required Actively recruit to minimum targets for local schools for marketing partnerships when required. Actively recruit to minimum targets for local businesses with the highest employee numbers when required. Customer Service: Make customers a priority every day for you and your team. Lead by example and coach team to deliver a service orientated culture. Ensure the whole team deliver a positive, enthusiastic atmosphere in store at all times. Consistently deliver Kids Fitting proposition in full. Deliver daily 10 Commandments and 10 Disciplines throughout the store. Commerciality: Drive the entrepreneurial spirit in your whole team. Consistently react to stores trading performance with clear action plans to improve on underperformance. Make commercial decisions about the layout and product placements in your store in conjunction with your Store Manager. Review stock package regularly using commerciality reports. Discuss anomalies with your Store Manager. Team Management & Leadership: Continuously develop the team to ensure all are working to the required performance. Implement the company training programme. Ensure team members are given appropriate training and support to do the job effectively. Address under-performance issues in a timely and professional manner, using the correct company policies and procedures. Store Operations: Adhere to company administration, security policies & procedures. Adhere to company Health & safety procedures and current legislation Manage wage costs within agreed targets. Control stock loss within your agreed targets using all available resources. Communication and Support: Ensure timely, accurate completion of all requested documentation and administration. To carry out or assist with other duties as and when requested by your Store Manager or company. To be responsible for your own self development and learning and have a desire for continuous improvement. Store KPI’s: Sales & customer conversion targets Direct sales target. Shoe care sales Mystery Shopper Stock loss & stock accuracy E-mail collection Post codes collection
