With a focus on providing a great customer journey, you will have experience in coaching and developing teams of customer service and sales people and will be able to identify each team members strengths and weaknesses, focussing on the most important area of development for each of your team. What well ask you to do: Ensure delivery of a world class level of service through identifying skill/knowledge gaps and conducting daily coaching sessions around colleagues development needs to maximise conversion in your department. Effectively communicate our brand values, to engage your team in our mission. Immerse yourself in your teams role, being prepared to lead from the front and being accountable for the performance and development of your team. Pro-actively review and improve processes to increase the level of service provided to your customers. Contribute to, and ensure delivery of, department targets. Hold regular 1-2-1s and Monthly Appraisals, to deliver feedback, ensuring that every member of your team is focussed on the most important issue. Implement structured, ongoing development plans to ensure your team are continually improving and achieving their personal goals. Recruit and retain a high calibre of Agent. Develop a detailed knowledge of the whole customer journey.
