WARD MANAGER AMBERWOOD WARD LITTLEBROOK HOSPITAL, DARTFORD, KENT + London Fringe Allowance + Relocation Package (if applicable) Due to staff career progression, a Ward Manager post has become vacant at Little Brook Hospital, Dartford. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the successful candidate, under the direction of the Service Manager, will be responsible for: . Ensuring high standards of patient care in line with current standards and guidance . Ensure the delivery of multi-disciplinary patient assessments and the development and evaluation of patient care . Will maintain and provide supportive leadership to the ward staff and work collaboratively with other professionals in the delivery of a therapeutic approach to patient care . Provide clinical and professional leadership through supervisory appraisal and training .
