We are positioned as a client oriented focused provider to the European marketplace, and considered as a lead supplier of ICT services to European Union Institutions, Agencies and International Organizations. We currently have a vacancy for a Interface Designer (GUI) Developer, (m/f) to offer their services within a renowned European Institution in Germany- Cologne. Tasks: - Interact with Product Planning/Product Managers and teammates to formulate all issues relating to the UI. - Conceptualize UI designs. - Coordinate visual presentations of the UI with Industrial Design team. - The organization has a corporate image, which needs to be transformed into an image for web applications including screen layout in order for Europeans applications both self-developed and bought to acquire a specific look and feel. - Interact with UI Software Engineers to implement UI. - Review and demonstrate UI designs to Project and Industrial Design Teams. - Maintain and improve User Interaction Standards. Profile: - Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field; - Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in a similar role; - Needs to be very familiar with PHP and SharePoint;- Requires knowledge of all user interaction design aspects (cognitive sciences, graphical user interface (GUI) design, usability testing, contextual inquiry methods, etc.);- Good knowledge using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite CS (Illustrator, PhotoShop) and other common software packages;- Strong attention to detail; - English at level C 1 or equivalent.
