JOB DESCRIPTION:

**DUTIES** -TAKE INCOMING USER REQUESTS B2B (VIA TELEPHONE, EMAIL, VOICEMAIL, PAGER, LOG CALL DETAILS ONTO CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND PROVIDE RESPONSE AND RESOLUTION WITHIN SLA TO CUSTOMER) -SOLVE REQUESTS/INCIDENTS THAT REQUIRE A HIGHER LEVEL OF TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE -SOLVE REQUESTS/INCIDENTS RELATED TO MORE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS LIKE SOUNDTOUCH -MAINTAIN KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE ASSOCIATED WITH APPLICATIONS SPECIFIC TO USERS. -PROGRESS / CLOSE SERVICE REQUESTS TO A SATISFACTORY CONCLUSION ON CALL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. -PROACTIVELY UPDATE CUSTOMERS WITH STATUS AND RESOLUTION PROGRESS. -MONITOR / PROGRESS ALL OPEN QUERIES IN QUEUE. -ENSURE CONTRACTUAL SLA IS MAINTAINED. -ACHIEVE AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LEVEL *WORKING CONDITIONS* -SALARY: 16 038.40EUR GROSS/YEAR + UP TO 1.920EUR GROSS/YEAR IN BONUS -INTERNAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM -FREE SPANISH/CATALAN CERTIFIED LESSONS -RELOCATION PACKAGE PROVIDED BY E-MAIL : HR_RECRUITERS@SELLBYTEL.ES REFERENCE: EURES.BS CONTACT PERSON: QUICO CALABUIG
