We are currently hiring an experienced and dynamic Localization Testing Project Manager to work at our testing company Triple A testing with English as our main language of communication For additional information please visit:www.tripleatesting.com, www.localsoft.com, www.localsoftgames.com PLACE OF WORK: NAME: LOCALIZATION TESTING PROJECT MANAGER DUTIES: TESTING VIDEOGAMES NUMBER OF POSTS: 1 PROFIL OF EMPLOYEE: Knowledge and abilities Advanced Project Management skills including strong communication, planning, organizational and reporting skills · Ability to follow instructions · Experienced in project planning, budgeting, risk analysis, mitigation, resource planning and organization · Execution and management of multiple teams · Capacity to take ownership of the project and successfully solve unexpected issues with a minor impact · Proactive and positive “can do” attitude · Capacity to work as a team member as well as independently · Capacity to manage multilingual projects in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where schedule changes are part of planning · First Party hardware knowledge including next-gen consoles: updating firmware, transferring and launching digital media, debug and PC tools · Experience with online and mobile testing · Understanding the importance of quality, customer service, confidentiality and security · Able to negotiate effectively without compromising relationships on either side of the chain Knows different testing methodologies . Testing certifications . Training courses . Willingness to improve and learn, support other team members and go the extra mile Required Experience Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar position, preferably having worked at some point for a service provider. Role As a Testing Project Manager you will manage testing projects from the start until the final delivery. You will be in direct contact with clients and you will have full ownership of the project execution and delivery within the agreed timelines and budgets according to high quality standards Skills · Tools: Jira, Mantis, Test Track Pro, DevTrack · IT literacy: especially Microsoft Office suite, Visio · Languages: English with full working proficiency, other languages are a plus Responsabilities and tasks · Follow company policy and values · Follow established processes and create new ones · Take full ownership of each phase in the project life cycle · POC for clients · Proposal preparation for RFQ in a timely manner · Creation of test plans and strategies · Testing media and hardware preparation · Manage internal and client databases · Successfully prepare and execute multilingual projects within agreed timelines and budgets .
