DANS LE CADRE D UN CONTRAT D APPRENTISSAGE, VOUS PRÉPAREZ UN BTS Négociation Relation Clients (NRC). FORMATION EN ALTERNANCE DE 2 JOURS PAR SEMAINE SUR AULNOY LEZ VALENCIENNES. VOUS ÊTES PRÉPARÉ(E) AUX MÉTIERS DE GESTIONNAIRE ADMINISTRATIF. VOUS DÉVELOPPEREZ LES COMPÉTENCES SUIVANTES: GESTION DU TEMPS, PRISE D INITIATIVES, RESPECT DES RÈGLES DE CONFIDENTIALITÉS, MAITRISE DES OUTILS DE COMMUNICATIONS,ACCUEIL CLIENTÈLE, PROSPECTION TÉLÉPHONIQUE et VENTE/CONSEIL DES PRODUITS D ASSURANCE.
