You will be the Customer Support for a major developer, marketer, publisher and distributor of video games, acting as first point of contact for customers via telephone and email. You should have the following skills: Native level German language and fluent English language skills (both written and verbal) Ability to solve problems Strong coordination and organisational skills to effectively interact with customers.
