JOB DESCRIPTION:
Poste basé à Lisbonne, au Portugal, au sein d une entreprise multiculturelle (60 langues différentes sont parlées) et qui représente les plus grandes marques mondiales dans une cinquantaine de pays. En relation avec les clients français, vous apporterez un soutien au niveau de leurs commandes existantes et d éventuels problèmes techniques sur les logiciels. Profil recherché : bonnes capacités de communication et d interaction, bonne connaissance de l outil informatique, courant français-anglais. Expérience préalable dans un centre d appel serait un plus, mais n est pas essentielle car une formation sera proposée. Les candidats doivent avoir l autorisation de travailler en Europe.
