JOB DESCRIPTION:

Temporary Administrator £9.24 per hour 4 month Contract Part time 22.5 hours per week. My client, a public sector department, are looking for a temporary administrator , to be based in Rugby. To deliver a full range of administrative services to the Occupational Health function, ensuring at all times that confidentiality is maintained in line with legal requirements. Maintain all departmental systems and records, ensuring that an administrative and confidential records system is fully maintained in order to comply with the Access to Medical Records Act, Code of Ethics for Welfare records and Data Protection Act. 2. Arrange and maintain an up-to-date diary of events and appointments, including with external medical professionals and suppliers. 3. Prepare, organise and record details for departmental meetings 4. Handle medically sensitive documents, photocopy and present those documents in an appropriate format, complying with legislation and organisational policy 5. Check and record details of invoices relating to services received by the department. 6. Make arrangements for medical clinics such as physiotherapy and vaccinations, Critical Incident Debriefs, and maintain the appropriate records of treatment / attendance. 7. Provide a first point of contact to people calling the Occupational Health Department and for receipt of referral forms, assessing appropriate route for calls and referral to be resolved 8.
