Cluster Reporting Manager Central Europe:1500056906W Description Job Title Cluster Reporting Manager: Central Europe Location Maidenhead UK Reporting to Regional Reporting Controller Direct Reports 0 Indirect Reports 0 GCF Level 30 Part I : Position Description Summary The newly created Consumer EAME Centre of Excellence has responsibility for providing accounting services, business analytics and reporting for Finance colleagues in 22 countries across the Consumer EAME region. Johnson and Johnson Consumer EAME has sales of over 4 bn and sells approximately 100 different brands. The Position of Cluster Reporting Manager is responsible for accuracy of Trial Balances of one or more clusters. Main task of this role is to ensure transparency of actual figures for country finance. This position ensures that US GAAP reporting for all companies is done within given timelines. Part II : Key Responsibilities Process responsibilities: : "Face" to local markets, Business partner with local markets :: make Actual figures transparent for markets, respond to special requests : Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met : Ownership of country trial balances : Work closely with other teams within the COE to ensure clear understanding of postings and any budget versus actual variances : Approvals (Bravo, bank, Tier2 journals) : BvA commentary : Questions from Corporate on Bravo : Liaison with Tax and Statutory COE team (understanding of local statutory compliance/reporting) : Provide P and L input and analysis for regional management letter : Ensure that all necessary closing requirements for reporting are done : Coding support for local markets : Regional Reporting tasks : Projects within COE : Projects with local markets (provide insights into local market specifics) People Management: : Foster an environment of teamwork, innovation and sharing of ideas. Travel: Travel required for projects and local market engagement, team meetings etc : Maximum 20 Compliance Statement: Key role for compliance (all approvals for respective cluster are done by this position) : Ensure strong internal controls are in place, in order to achieve "adequate" internal and external audit ratings. : Accurate and timely month:end reporting. Meet all corporate and regional deadlines. Scope of Role: "Face" to the markets (First level contact); Business partnering with local markets, ensure accuracy of cluster Trial Balances (Ownership of Trial Balances).
