JOB DESCRIPTION:

Collections Strategy Manager Based Manchester £40,000-£50,000 plus benefits &bonus Real Staffing is currently working closely with our client, a leading global banking brand to assist them in the recruitment of an additional person into their Manchester based Collections Strategy team. This role will provide the successful candidate with ongoing challenge, as well as exposure across Credit Risk within the bank. In the role, you will take responsibility for the development of Collections Strategies that are in-line with the overall strategy of the bank. You will be creating and refining a Management Information suite that provides clear information on the state of the portfolio at any one time, that allows the business optimize strategies, segments data effectively to highlight opportunity for improvement in collections strategy, and design solutions to reduce losses in stressed areas of the portfolio. To be successful in your application for this role, you need to be able offer a number of years experience working in a Credit Risk environment with and understanding of Risk modelling, ideally with a good understanding of Collections ℜcoveries, SAS &/or SQL technical capabilities, and an understanding of data extraction and manipulation to validate outputs.
