JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:     ·         Contacting customers to obtain their feedback regarding the level of services that the client provides to these customers. ·         Record the collected data on the computer ·         Where applicable translate the feedback into English. ·         Report to the Project Manager on the progress of the work and regarding any problems with the deadlines in order to ensure that the work is completed correctly and within a deadline date.   Please note that the full training will be given in relation to the work required.   The candidate must have:   ·         a good attention to detail ·         a professional approach ·         customer service experience ·         an excellent telephone manner ·         good knowledge of Microsoft Applications and the Internet (beneficial)   The candidate must be:   ·         Native level speaking in the required language ·         able to translate customer’s feedback into English ·         able to multitask ·         results and target orientated ·         self- motivated     MARKETii specialises and dedicates itself to helping companies improve customer satisfaction and service quality, leading to increased business performance.
