JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are recruiting on behalf of our clients are currently recruiting for potato harvesters. We are anticipating this role to start within the next 2-3 weeks in Margate. The role will be helping to grade the potatoes as they come through the harvester and removing any debris and rotten potatoes. The role requires high levels of concentration and fast hands to collect the unwanted products. The role will be based out in the field and would be working in a wet and dirty environment. Own transport would be preferable. The hours and days for this work are up to 6 days a week and up to 12 hour days. The salary for this role is £6.50. But overtime is paid after 8 hours and on weekends please see below: Time and a half after 8 hours during the week. Time and a half on Saturdays. Double time on Sundays The successful candidates will be reliable and preferably have experience of this work previously. You will also need to be reliable and turn up in a timely manner.
