JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working for a well established charity that inspires, informs and enables people to achieve positive changes in their lives and local communities. A state of the art education and research facility with visitor centre based in Mid Wales - striking distance from the Snowdonia National Park and Cardigan Bay. In this hands on role you will be a key part of the Senior Management Team, will manage the small and experienced finance team, and have wide ranging responsibilities including the development and implementation of financial systems, promotion of the short and long term viability of the organisation and advising the Board of Trustees and CEO on financial compliance and risk management in addition to strategic decision-making. If you are a qualified accountant or very experienced QBE accountant with a combination of change management, supporting income growth and the development of new business activities plus experience of multi income streams - then this could be the challenging role for you.
