JOB DESCRIPTION:

Real Staffing is currently working with our client, a leading financial services business, to assist them in the recruitment of an additional leader for their team responsible for the production and oversight of all Risk MI, Metrics and Reporting for both internal needs and external regulators. Within the role, you will manage a small team of MI and Reporting professionals and take overall responsibility for the production and distribution of information for internal committees and external regulators. To be successful in this role, you need to have strong leadership skills to pull together a team that often has to produce quality within tight timeframes. You need strong stakeholder management skills to be able to deliver information into key internal committees and external regulators. Ideally from a strong data and analytics background, you should be comfortable with COREP, FINREP, IFRS standards etc. This is a role that will grow with time, one in which it will give you visibility across the Exec team as well as ongoing complex challenges.
