A local authority client in Birmingham have an urgent need for a capable and experienced Payroll Manager to start asap, you will need to be an experienced manager as there is a team of 6 and ideally you would have worked on Resourcelink as there will be expected to hit the ground running. This is an on-going assignment that will suit a manager who has managed a payroll function of 5000+.
