Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurses Locations: Gloucester and Bristol £13.50 - £14.00 per hour dependent on experience The Cambian Group is the UKs largest provider of specialist services in education, mental health rehabilitation and learning disabilities. Cambian is now a leading provider of services for people with a personality disorder and continues to grow these services with associated developments around innovative clinical models, and the development of measurable outcomes. We are looking for qualified nurses who will have an interest in the range of service Cambian offers in the West Country. Cambian Alders in Gloucester is a 20-bed specialist rehabilitation hospital, offering treatment to female patients with personality disorders. We will also be opening a new hospital for men in Bristol in 2016, which will enable staff to rotate between the two hospitals and develop opportunities for a wider level of expertise and career progression. We are looking for RMN/RNLD nurses who have an excellent working knowledge of the Mental Health Act policies and be able to demonstrate the latest understanding of nursing practices. You should also be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and also be highly organised.
