JOB DESCRIPTION:

Part Time Customer Experience Advisors Start Date - 3rd Aug 2015 Mon to Sat 5 days over 6 Hours -8am to 12pm 20 hrs per week 6 weeks training provided £7.63 per hour Interaction Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for Part Time permanent customer service advisor s to join the UK s largest customer management company in their offices based in Peterlee. Working 4 days out of 5 Monday to Friday and EVERY Saturday successful applicants will be working on behalf of a leading energy supplier to provide first class customer service and add value to existing customers current contracts. The role will involve you speaking with existing customers regarding billing issues, assessing their payment options and reassessing their current plans, promoting new products which will add value to their package. You will be required to provide excellent customer care and build rapport with each customer in a professional manner An excellent telephone presence is essential and although customer service experience is preferable we welcome applications from candidates who have strong retail and hospitality backgrounds. You will need a friendly disposition and the ability to actively listen to customers and respond accordingly.
