JOB DESCRIPTION:

Due to growth an exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Advisor to join an award winning company with bathroom and tiles showrooms throughout the UK. Based in Manchester the successful Sales Advisor will earn £24,000+ dependent on experience.   As Sales Advisor you will be working together with the store manager and the management team, achieving monthly and quarterly KPI’s in store and through telephone lines, providing excellent customer services to all customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, your main responsibilities as Sales Advisor will include:  To achieve telephone KPI’s set in place by answering sales calls on a daily basis, up-selling/cross selling products and processing sales orders. To achieve In-Store KPI’s by taking sales within the Showroom, up-selling/cross selling products and processing sales orders. Providing a first class customer shopping experience to both in store customers and telephone customers. The successful Sales Advisor you will have demonstrable experience within a similar role, with the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
