We have a selection of part time shifts available working either 16 or 20 hours, so if you are looking to work whilst you are studying or have other commitments in the day we have hours to fit into your lifestyle . You ll be answering calls and talking with prospective and current customers across the UK, helping them to make the right choice with our fantastic offer of BT products including Mobile, Fibre, BT TV, and our extensive Sports packages.You ll be the first person that customers speak to when they call with billing and general enquiries about BT Products, so strong communication skills are an absolute must, plus the ability to get on well with all kinds of people and quickly resolve their issues.
